Innovation & project leadership
Lead end-to-end product and service innovation efforts, from discovery and user research through prototyping, validation and scaled delivery. I step into roles required by the project: Design Thinking Coach to guide user‑centred methods; Product Owner to define and prioritise outcomes; Project Manager to coordinate timelines and resources; or Adviser to unblock strategy and stakeholder alignment. Deliverables can include research plans, opportunity maps, prioritized backlogs, prototype artefacts, test protocols, stakeholder communication plans and a pragmatic roadmap for implementation.
Corporate training, mentoring & coaching
Deliver modular learning paths for Design Thinking at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, plus practical sessions that show how to augment those methods with AI tools and workflows. Formats range from single workshops to multi‑week cohorts and ongoing 1:1 or team coaching. Outcomes: rapid upskilling, applied exercises with real organisational challenges, participant action plans, facilitator guides for internal trainers, and follow‑up coaching to ensure skills are adopted in day‑to‑day work.
Organisational change
Support strategy translation and change execution by combining diagnostic work, strategic framing and targeted capability building. I design tailored workshops and team‑building events to create shared understanding, rework operating models, clarify roles & responsibilities, and establish KPIs and change milestones. Engagements typically include a change readiness assessment, a phased implementation plan, stakeholder engagement materials, and coaching for leaders to sustain momentum and remove adoption barriers.
Tailored workshops & facilitation
Design outcome‑driven, highly interactive workshops tailored to your context and objectives. Common themes: strategy alignment, current vs future state mapping, OKRs and metrics, process redesign, project kickoffs, culture and team norms, retrospectives, creative ideation, journey mapping and persona development. Each session is scoped with clear objectives, agendas, facilitation materials, participant exercises, synthesis artefacts (e.g., insight boards, prioritized action lists) and follow‑up recommendations to convert workshop outputs into executable next steps.
